Mario Chalhoub completed his dental studies in his native country at the University of Panama. He trained in Periodontics and Implantology (plastic surgery of the gums, bone regeneration and dental implants) at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León Mexico.

He completed a Diploma in Modern Oral Rehabilitation at the Universidad Latina de Panamá and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Bogotá, Colombia and a diploma in Adhesive Oral Rehabilitation to be able to perform Advanced Dental Restorations on both natural teeth and dental implants.
Later, Dr. Mario joined the renowned Dental Program of the University of Panama, as a professor in the Master’s Degree in Periodontics and where he participates every year in a scientific exchange with the University of Baylor, United States.

In order to promote dental education in Panama, Dr. Chalhoub contributes as a founding member of the Panama Dental Study Center – CEO whose objective is to provide training for dentists in all areas and strengthen continuing education in dental practice.
